Salary - AED 10,000/- to AED 13,000/- + Incentives. (depending upon experience)

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

\xe2\x96\xaa Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in Real Estate/Mortgages/ Wealth with a proven track record.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ambitious and self-motivated. Self-driven by integrity, company ethos and values.

\xe2\x96\xaa Strong relationship management skills with excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-pace, high performing organization

JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\x93

\xe2\x96\xaa Carrying the brand with utmost integrity and ensuring to avoid such actions that may result in to reputational risk of the organization.

\xe2\x96\xaa Thorough understanding of Real Estate Market and rapport with Developers for engagement and getting exclusive tie-ups

\xe2\x96\xaa Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with \xe2\x80\x98Annual Targets\xe2\x80\x99

\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare, present, promote brand to onboard prospective business partners (Real Estates/ Developers/ Introducers)

\xe2\x96\xaa Tie-ups with Introducers and channel partners to generate business avenues and increase business opportunities.

\xe2\x96\xaa Finding and developing new markets for tie-ups with and convincing biz partners on obtaining maximum pay-out terms.

\xe2\x96\xaa Handling HNW clients with an aim to successful closure of leads obtained from \xe2\x80\x98Alternate channels\xe2\x80\x99

\xe2\x96\xaa Working closely with Marketing team to plan and oversee Marketing initiatives.

\xe2\x96\xaa Identify potential \xe2\x80\x98Introducer\xe2\x80\x99 and bring them to table for initial discussion for Tie-ups.

\xe2\x96\xaa To keep abreast of trends and developments in the real estate market, as well as the changing rules and regulations

\xe2\x96\xaa Participate in Developer events/conferences to help promote \xe2\x80\x98Mortgage\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98Corporate\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98Wealth\xe2\x80\x99 advisory programs.

\xe2\x96\xaa Help team members to develop their skillset in Wealth Banking products on best effort basis.

\xe2\x96\xaa Timely update and maintain call memos of leads generated with complete client details and reporting to management.

\xe2\x96\xaa Maintaining office decorum and discipline intact including but not limited to office timings, attire and appearance, usage of office assets, communication and behavior.
