About us: Elite Elevators is a Chennai based Home Elevators Company in India. We are providing Home Lifts, Residential Elevators, Stair Lifts, Platform Lifts, Cog Belt Home Elevators, Gearless Residential Lifts and Hydraulic Home Elevators for Small House, Villas, Bungalows, Buildings and Luxury Homes to all over India. In a short span of time, Elite Elevators have established itself as the number 1 Home Elevators Company in India. Our residential elevators are manufactured by TKE Access in a special facility in Pisa, Italy & follow European Standards of Home Lifts. These home lifts can be installed at under construction houses as well as existing homes, as our home elevators are tailor-made, pit less, they require no shaft & no machine room. Contrary to traditional & commercial lifts in India, our lifts are strictly manufactured for residential purpose for Duplexes, Bungalows, residential buildings & Villas. Post installation our home elevators are certified by TUV, a third-party organization which measures product?s safety as per European Standards & guarantees your Peace of Mind. About the role: An energetic individual with a passion for sales and outstanding customer service. You will join our team of professionals delivering the best solutions for our customers. The role requires you to be solution-focused, enthusiastic, and results-driven. This role is highly attractive to candidates who are willing to achieve results and reward themselves in a business with significant growth. This role requires the candidate to be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
  • Generating leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers, and construction companies/ sites.
  • Should be able to understand, manage and interpret customer requirements.
  • To meet prospective clients and give presentations on the company?s products and services to clients.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Executing sales plans devised by the management / contributing towards the growth of business revenue.
  • Should generate sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Establish a good relationship with prospective clients and close sales for revenue generation.
  • Should Protect the organization?s value by keeping information confidential.
  • To complete a daily/weekly log of all activities
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with customers from order booking to handover.
Candidate requirements:
  • Driving License: Mandatory
  • Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Should possess excellent communication skills,
  • Should be Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Min years 2 to 5 years of experience (B2C preferable)
  • Any industry
