Develop and execute the company's business development strategies to drive revenue

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets
and forging strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel customers,
suppliers, and industry partners.
Lead the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve

Understand customer needs and market trends to tailor product offerings and create value
propositions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential
areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the
company's value proposition.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the
company.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure
seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Develop an annual calendar of exhibitions and fairs happening in Dubai and other parts
of the world, specifically related to hotel development and operations.
Develop plans for the company's participation in these exhibitions and fairs, including
booth design, marketing materials, and staffing requirements.
Manage the company's presence at exhibitions and fairs, including organizing logistics,
coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a successful exhibition experience.
Possess a strong knowledge of international trade, specialized markets, trade routes, and
logistics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and developments in international trade
and logistics.
Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding international
trade strategies, specialized markets, and logistics optimization.
