As our business continues to expand globally, we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our organization's growth initiatives. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's business development strategies to drive revenue
  • growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets
  • and forging strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel customers,
  • suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Lead the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve
  • targets and increase market share.
  • Understand customer needs and market trends to tailor product offerings and create value
  • propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential
  • areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the
  • company's value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the
  • company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure
  • seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop an annual calendar of exhibitions and fairs happening in Dubai and other parts
  • of the world, specifically related to hotel development and operations.
  • Develop plans for the company's participation in these exhibitions and fairs, including
  • booth design, marketing materials, and staffing requirements.
  • Manage the company's presence at exhibitions and fairs, including organizing logistics,
  • coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a successful exhibition experience.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of international trade, specialized markets, trade routes, and
  • logistics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and developments in international trade
  • and logistics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding international
  • trade strategies, specialized markets, and logistics optimization.
