We have been tasked with sourcing a highly motivated professional to join the business development team of our real estate client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, driving growth and closing new business deals.
Responsibilities for the successful Business Development Manager:
Represent property owners for our client, including individual owners and institutional partners.
Drive the growth of our real estate portfolio by sourcing new deals from a variety of sources including asset owners, developers, managers, brokers and large scale owners.
Manage new inbound property leads and track milestones and workflows.
Build and enhance relationships with property partners through exceptional communication and engagement skills.
Negotiate new business deals with exceptional real estate knowledge and negotiation capabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
You have at least 4 years of experience in business development or real estate, ideally within the UAE.
You possess strong analytical skills and the courage to make decisions with imperfect information.
You have a business and commercial mindset and a hustler mentality with a one-team-one-dream spirit.
You are a self-starter who is flexible and adaptable, and you desire to join a rocket-ship venture-backed startup.
You have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and negotiating capabilities, and great attention to detail and contract knowledge.
