Location: Pacman-CCL Dubai Reporting to: Group Sales Manager Role: Acquiring new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones, across the UAE market. What does the role involve? Researching prospects (supermarket visits, online searches, market visits, exhibitions) and individuals online (Linkedin) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Build multiple cross-functional contacts across prospects/customers organization. Identifying needs of prospects/customers and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. Preparing presentations (powerpoint) and putting together other marketing material/label samples to assist with sales pitch. Developing quotes and proposals. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. Work and communicate with internal teams to ensure all customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met, along with service and quality expectations. Monitoring own sales performance and of customers, to be able to effectively understand/present trends and forecasts to management. _ Key performance measures
_ - New customers won - New business sales won (AED) - Existing customers sales growth - Activity (meetings) - Active opportunity pipeline Candidate profile - Degree educated with sales experience of 2-3 years. - Excellent communicator in written and oral English. Arabic would be an added advantage. - Demonstrate proficiency and experience in job requirements listed above. - Understands a sales pipeline and the nature of tasks at each step. - Ability to show flexibility and willingness to adapt to situations, when instructed by management. - Confident presenter and able to articulate message well to different stake holders. - Good listening and note taking skills.
