Requirements

Experience: 3 to 9 years
  • Should be currently working in Dubai
  • Should have 3+ years of work experience in Business Development
  • English (Must), Arabic (desirable)
  • Can join in less than 15 days
  • Candidates coming from Advertising Agency would be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop a growth strategy/sales pipeline focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
  • Initiate meetings with new potential clients through cold calls
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Constant follow-up with clients for agreement closure, payments and way-forwards
  • Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services addressing or predicting client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts on basis of client\xe2\x80\x99s final requirement and scope of work
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic (desirable)
  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record in advertising, media/agency
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
