Job Description
Objectives of this role
- Manage the development of new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
- Experience in doing sales in the APAC/US/EMEA region.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing relationships with clients.
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- BBA Hons Business Management or BS Hons Finance, Accounting or Economics - preferably from a reputed International or local university.
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 Years of experience in developing the business of services.
- High-level communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate.
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
