Job Description
UAE one of largest service provider in our field looking for Business Development Manager Your Tasks:
- You will be responsible for the develop and closing deals between our company and hotels in the Dubai and other emirates and are eager to boost our expansion in UAE.
- You will independently identify new hotel projects and close deals across our service.
- You will develop business plans to achieve the company\'s goals in the area of development.
- You know how to represent our company professionally and successfully towards investors and partners at trade fairs, exhibitions, public events or in discussion forums and presentations.
- You have a substantial network of partners in the region.
- You are familiar with profitability calculations and budget preparation required for hotel operator contracts.
- You have successfully completed a commercial degree in the field of hospitality.
- You have at least 5-7 years professional experience in the hotel industry and are ready for the next career step.
- You have excellent knowledge of contract negotiations and hotel partnerships / third party service providing and a substantial track record of successful deal closings, especially Management and Franchise contracts.
- You have a wide, well-maintained network in the industry.
- You are a team player and enjoy working in an internationally oriented company.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have excellent English language skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- business development manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Business Developments: 4 years (Preferred)
