We are looking for a Business Development Manager in an international trunk operator with an office in Dubai, UAE Duties Preparation and signing of necessary documents (contracts, addendums, additional agreements, acts of performed works, etc.) with existing clients of the Company, associated with changes in parameters of services provided to customers of the Company Development of "A2P SMS traffic transit" business line. Annual increase of revenues and service margin in this area. Conclusion of contracts with partners-suppliers of the main companies involved in the transit of A2P SMS traffic. Concluding deals in the direction of "the whole world". (requires knowledge of the whole market, search for key partners). Formation, support and development of sales funnel Negotiations with foreign companies in English Daily buying and selling routes for terminating A2P SMS traffic on the basis of targeting and TOP partners/customers in the transit market Organization of additional service connections, disconnections, transfers to the existing clients of the Company, formation of the necessary requests to the technical unit and monitoring of their fulfillment. Interaction with other departments of the Company within the framework of functional tasks on commercial activity. Searching for potential customers, and conducting negotiations on commercial issues. Receiving and processing client orders, drawing up necessary documents, entering into contracts, and participation in tenders. Coordination and support of new telecommunication connections and control over fulfillment of contractual obligations. Requirements Technical education At least 3 (three) years of experience working with clients in telecommunication services. At least 5 years of experience working with large international companies. Experience in signing contracts for A2P SMS traffic transit. Knowledge of technical aspects of service - quality (ASR, CDR etc.), commercial (LSR, MTR etc.). Knowledge of the principles of sales dealing with voice transit traffic, basics of pricing and marketing, how to draw up and conclude contracts for telecommunication services. Knowledge of the basics of building data networks, telephony and the Internet. Working out and filling in commercial offers for communication services, drawing up and making presentations, preparing tender documents and participation in government procurement. Knowledge and understanding of main laws of public procurement.
