Job Description
Our client is a leading turnkey solution provider for commercial kitchens and cold storages in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Manager.
What will you do?
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Pro-actively meet (potential) customers in order to obtain/maintain business
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
What are we looking for?
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role within the hospitality sector dealing with VENTILATION systems.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer or relevant field.
Proven sales track record
Positive attitude with a solutions-based approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Great communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
