The successful candidate will be experienced FX / CFDs sales/relationship manager who is comfortable with networking, prospecting new clients, follow up on leads through outbound calling and emails to maximize conversions and achieve monthly revenue sales targets. Qualified individuals will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to retail and HNI clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-board new clients and introducing brokers
Ability to generate and convert leads to active accounts
Existing book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, Retail or Professional clients
Well-versed in using MT4/MT5 trading platform
Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, Commodities, Shares, Indices & etc.
Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor
QUALIFICATIONS:
6 months + of proven success in FX sales within a brokerage firm in UAE
The ability to work effectively in an organized manner both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
Sales driven, outgoing and ambitious professional
Highly customer-focused and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
