Job description Charterhouse is working with a leading European kitchen and furniture manufacturer who is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team based in Dubai, the central hub responsible for distribution in the wider MENA and SEA region. This role can include travel across these regions for up to 80% of your time.About the roleAs the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for actively supporting partners in the region to accomplish the business objectives set which include sales turnover, margins, marketing and brand development. You will develop and implement marketing plans in line with the overall brand development strategy as well as be actively involved in project sales acquisitions for all your distributors. In addition, you will specify the brand to leading developers, consultants, and interior designers across the region as well as initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market. About youThe successful candidate should hold a Degree within a business-related subject and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a business development role ideally within the interior industry. You should have experience in managing and developing distributors and have an entrepreneurial attitude. Experience within a multinational business is beneficial. Due to the requirements of the role, the successful candidate will be required to travel up to 80% of the time.
