TECHNICAL SALES- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT? Full time technical sales - business development professional needed- Specialty Construction Services- Good Commission and overrides. Potential to exceed AED 500,000 or more per year in commission and bonus. If you are afraid of telephone cold calling or meeting face to face with potential clients, this is NOT the job for you, BUT if you know how to make contact with the right clients, sell yourself, and the benefits of your products, you can make a great income and create a future for yourself in a very specialized industry with few competitors. ?JOBS DUTIES AND DESCRIPTION? 1. The number one goal is enlist as many IT managers, digital agencies and Small software / web / mobile development companies to specify our products and services. 2. The second is to bid as many projects as possible, (that's where the commission comes in). You have to bring 10-12 requests for estimates weekly in the local markets and around Dubai. 3. Selected candidate will be responsible for all local leads follow-through as well as identifying new opportunities with B2B clients, municipal and government agencies. (Prospecting for new clients). The average sale for and Web / Software / Mobile application referred by an acquaintance is AED 40,000. ?REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS? * 1-3 years previous B2B sales with a proven track record of success and increased growth. * Professional attitude and style. * Capable of prospecting via all means, (telephone, email, face-to-face and trade show selling) * Understand and use B2B sales cycles/principles to close deals. * Close over 2-3 deals per month after six months in territory. * Manage and service repeat customers. * Ability to self motivate to achieve greater numbers each and every month. * Seek out and qualify every potential customer in your territory and set them up in a database based on probable sales production. * Ability to effectively communicate via email, blog, social media outlets, and in person. Thorough knowledge and command of any CRM database of your choice, Microsoft office products, including spreadsheets. * Effectively manage a territory set by you including contacting and visiting your A-B-C customers based on production and sales. * Ability to stand in front of 20-30 potential customers and tell them about your products and services. * Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings with customers or at meetups. ?COMPENSATION? Commission - up to 10% of the total sale. Advancement opportunities to develop and manage other territories, and B2B- B2C Sales Reps. Sales manager overrides. ?HOW TO APPLY?
