Job Description

A reputable group of companies with various businesses in FMCG, fabrics and uniforms is looking for a Business Development Manager for the following responsibilities:

• Develop a sales strategy designed to achieve revenue targets.
• Preparing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Update and maintain client profiles on a regular basis, research potential customers and prospects in assigned sales area.
• Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the demand schedule
• Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information. Working closely with sales team after successful lead generation
• Attending industry events in order to generate business leads
• With minimum 2-5 working experienced in the same field
• Proven excellence in customer service
• Excellent communication, phone, and business relations skills
• Ability to understand and effectively describe products and programs offered by company
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate and eliminate problems prior to escalation
• Handle customer complaints, ability to de-escalate challenging situations prior to complaints
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts at the same time
• Valid Driving License is a must

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
