Business Development Manager - SegmentsDescription We are looking for a talented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – SEGMENTS to join our team specializing in SALES for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways :
Meeting annual sales targets in the Data Center segments business
Building and maintaining early business pipeline upwards of USD 20m from pan-regional key accounts
Managing and growing key accounts across the region
Identifying strategic growth initiatives and execution of the same in the assigned segments (Data Centers). Ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned with the global segment teams as well as regional leadership
Oversee forming of teams and completing multi country RFPs, RFQs and tenders
Review and work with different internal support functions towards complex contracts To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
Sound comprehension of the company Powergen product offerings in the Data Center segment
Data Center terminology, customer needs/wants, regulatory needs and Uptime certification requirements (v imp)
Business development activities in the DC space including relationship leveraging / development with relevant consultants
