JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager - GCC Purpose of the Job: Our UK based client is a market leader and award-winning manufacturer of innovative sanitary ware solutions whose customers include amongst others, major brands and organizations across the globe, including fast food chains, service stations, shopping centers, universities and offices. We are looking for a Business Development Manager , who is technically minded, looking to develop their career in our new GCC sales operation. You will have a track record in Specification and business development, successfully selling capital or services to property owners, developers, consultants and contractors. Ideally you will have a facilities management and/or plumbing background. This position is based out of Dubai covering the countries of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait. The role will require you to implement a brand strategy so as to provide scalable infrastructure for long term business development. You will be working closely with our International operation team to meet budgetary deliverables. Full training and support will be provided by our (UK) and UAE based partners to help you grow the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services;
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliverables;
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
  • Providing pre-sales demonstrations, product education and working in concert with our UAE technical team to provide a seamless client experience and after-sales support service.
  • Growing and delivering the country wise sales funnel in GCC Markets
  • Growing, managing and motivating a sales affiliate network
  • Maximizing the performance of distribution partners by building out comprehensive joint business plans to include market segmentation, channel marketing calendar, lead generation activity and sales forecasts
  • Networking with client's Head Office functions to ensure client experience is professional, efficient and enjoyable;
  • Being the companies' eyes and ears in GCC Markets, providing detailed reports on all activity throughout the region
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Project Sales/ Business Development: 10 years (Required)

  • Arabic (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Required)
