Business Development Manager(New Client Acquisition)/Hunter

Responsibilities-

Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking Lead and be accountable for acquiring new logo and business development opportunities Responsible for quickly spotting market trends and leveraging that for the benefit of the company. Responsible for understanding the clients' requirements and communicating that to the teams involved.
Internally coordinate with the creative, production and editorial teams quickly and efficiently. Target business growth within the sector with potential new business opportunities Cold Calling, Visiting Clients, Business Networking , generating leads using Business Relationship and Business Intelligence Tool.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop project engagement strategies based on operational constraints. Solid mix of account management and proactive business development
Ability to build and maintain relationships at the highest CxO level externally Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
Draft and deliver proposals
Candidate will be responsible for building the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.
This is not a desk job. The candidate is expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with the clients and undertake networking activities. Therefore the successful candidate is expected to be presentable, costumer focused, and possess excellent communication skills and a professional manner
Skills-
An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, public policy, finance, or engineering/MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial.
Good understanding of various social platforms, knowing how to identify opportunities, building relationships with creatives, and being able to handle finances like costing and invoices with the client. A minimum of 8 to 12 years professional work experience in IT staffing and services preferably in the Middle East/GCC countries with a demonstrated track record in hunting, winning business across large enterprise and public sector
