Job Description
We are A MAINTENANCE Company looking for Male Electrical & Plumbing Engineer/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR OUR MAINTENANCE & AMC , INTERIOR & FITOUT with at least 1-3 years of UAE experience. :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering,
- Minimum of 1-3 years of site experience with costing & quote preparation experience.
- Familiarity with applicable international standards,
- Good knowledge in site work activities of different construction stages in Mid and High rise buildings projects
- Good organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details.
- Electrical Inspector conducts on-site inspections of complex electrical installations in new construction projects for contract and specification compliance.
- Closely monitor site activities and conduct inspections to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings.
- Attend site testing and commissioning and assist in preparation of reports,
- Review Contractor's submissions,
- Check measure of work done and materials at site,
- Report back as necessary to the senior engineers,
- Participate in contract administration,
- Observe site safety practices.
