Position: Business Development Manager(Staffing / Recruitment / IT or Non IT)Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for building the Recruitment business in UAE region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating revenue.
Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.
Setting up meetings with potential clients in order to secure businesses.
Plan and manage the sales life-cycle, calling on clients and prospects, building relationships, generating new business, and assuring the smooth delivery of resources.
Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Negotiating pricing and payment terms with potential new clients looking to use our staffing services
Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
Job Requirement:
Must have 5-8 years of related B2B Sales/Business Development within a Recruitment Agency.
Must have experience acquiring Clients for Staffing in UAE and other GCC regions.
Successful track record achieving revenue targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English language.
Must have strong experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Driving license is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
