Job Description
Aufgaben
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Profil
- Develop and crate new Business opportunities/Leads
- create customer strategies
- Execute and prepare customer meetings
- Work with overseas network to provide Sales Leads
- Preparing quotations
- Working with Agents, carrier, co-loader to procure and negotiate rates.
- Report all activities in CRM (SalesForce)
- Build up a Sales-team underneath
Profil
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have:
The candidate must have:
- 5-7 years’ experience in Business development with a freight forwarder
- Experience with Chemicals account is a plus
- Problem solver
- excellent knowledge about common software/application such as SalesForce etc.
- Strong procurement/negotiation skills
- Be able to work independently, multi-task, be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
