Job Description
We're looking to onboard an enthusiastic and passionate Business Development Manager in our team who is passionate about working in a reputed niche software product company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's solutions and services. Responsibilities:
- Should have prior work experience of 3 - 5 years as a BDE / BDM mandatorily in IT / Software Industry
- Should have experience in Selling any two of the following solutions (ERP, CRM, Asset Management System, Procurement Management System, Document Management System, Property Management System, Chatbot, and Tech Consulting)
- Should have handled Sales Partners, System Integrator network across the region
- Identifying business opportunities in regional markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
- Identifying and analyzing prospective customers.
- Following the complete sales cycle generating leads and converting to prospects, validating the lead/prospect, gaining customer commitment, business proposal, negotiation, & closure of lead.
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Track key account metrics, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
