We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to expand our client base, increase sales, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, relationship management, and business strategy --

preferably in the automotive, facilities management, or service industry

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities -- including corporate partnerships, fleet contracts, and facility-based car wash agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new potential clients. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements to prospective clients. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service quality aligns with client expectations. Attend client meetings, networking events, and trade shows to represent the company and promote services. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to management. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and pricing structures. Develop strategies to increase the visibility of the company across different regions and client segments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Minimum of

5-10 years of experience

in business development, preferably in the automotive or service industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: QAR86,446.91 - QAR104,108.11 per year
