Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new freight forwarding business (air, ocean, and ground). Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, and customer service) to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
