Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
Maintain and expand a strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors.
Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bid submissions.
Develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate cost estimation.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Manage client negotiations and close high-value contracts.
Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development within the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong existing pipeline of clients, projects, or business opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
