Business Development Manager – Civil Construction Contracting

Work Description:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new projects in civil construction (villas, warehouses, infrastructure, commercial buildings). Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pre-qualification documents to prospective clients. Collaborate with tendering and estimation teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids. Negotiate contracts, MOUs, and agreements in coordination with management. Maintain an updated client database and generate regular business development reports. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Requirements
:Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Business (MBA preferred). 5+ years of Business Development experience in a UAE civil contracting company. Good knowledge of UAE tendering & authority processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
