We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with exceptional negotiating skills, strategic sales acumen, and outstanding communication abilities. This role involves growing our client base, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Best DOC remains at the forefront of home healthcare services in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective networking and relationship building.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales growth targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company\'s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify and execute on opportunities for market expansion.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the management team to support business decisions and product/service enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales growth, networking, and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a sales role is highly appreciated.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• A valid driving license and Car is preferred, as the role may require travel
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
