The Business Development Manager for a private label fragrance brand and manufacturer in Dubai is a key player in expanding the brand's market presence and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of skills in design, sales, and account management to successfully establish and maintain partnerships with clients interested in private label fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients, such as retailers, beauty brands, and businesses looking for private label fragrance products.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the client base.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients.

Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Product Customization and Design: - Work closely with clients to understand their branding and product requirements.

Collaborate with the design and product development teams to create custom fragrance products that align with clients' specifications and branding.

Sales and Revenue Growth: - Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective negotiation and persuasion.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client accounts' value.

Market Research and Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Use market insights to develop strategies for product innovation and market penetration.

Proposal Development: - Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.

Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements.

Reporting and Analysis: - Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Use data analysis to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.

Strong design acumen and an understanding of product customization.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: - Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: - Business Developments: 4-5 years (preferred)

Requirements:



Minimum

4-5 years of experience

in business development in perfumery industry Proven track record of working with

perfume, attar, bakhoor, and body spray manufacturers

. Strong network within the regional fragrance industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel across the region as needed. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (MBA preferred).

Qualifications



Preferred Skills:



Knowledge of fragrance formulation and olfactory trends. Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Multilingual (Arabic is a plus).
