We are looking for an
experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager
to expand our market presence, drive new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
LED screens, 3D signage, branding, and AV rental
markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail chains, event agencies, and government entities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Business Development Manager
or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in
3D signage, LED displays, events, or advertising sectors
.
Strong network of contacts in UAE corporate, retail, or events industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
