PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ED TECH BACKROUND , EDUCATION SECTOR EXPEREINCE KERALA , MALYALAM SPEAKING CANDIDATE Managing Team of multiple staffs and to make sure Company Targets are been met \xe2\x97\x8f Consistently attain the assigned targets and beyond in sales, marketing by identifying, nurturing and closing leads, existing as well as new and bringing timely sales revenue including collections always of the individual job holder as well as his/her team. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring consistently maximum customer fulfillment at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. \xe2\x97\x8f Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels including actively managing Social Media Footprint and its strategy, plans and timely execution. \xe2\x97\x8f Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships. \xe2\x97\x8f Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing financial projections and sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings. \xe2\x97\x8f Preparing and submitting timely and accurate management reports for management information and decision making. \xe2\x97\x8f Training business development executives and others including sales colleagues. \xe2\x97\x8f Developing Staffing Business model and mature it. \xe2\x97\x8f Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on retail and corporate competitors. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects in focused areas. \xe2\x97\x8f Possess a strong understanding of our products & services versus our competition in the industry and positioning. \xe2\x97\x8f Understand the target markets, including industry, companies, projects, company contacts and explore which market strategies can be used to attract the maximum potential clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage and elicit the best performance from the team members and bring best business performance in synergistic mode, including the self performance of the manager- The Job holder. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain all business records and data, both hard copy as well as soft copy as necessitated in an accurate and timely manner at all times. \xe2\x97\x8f Any other lawful jobs and responsibilities that are assigned to by any Authorized representative of the Company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
