We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, lead sales initiatives, and support company restructuring and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IB sales, strategic business development, and industry experience within the waterpark, leisure, or entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth and restructuring
Lead IB sales initiatives and manage key institutional and corporate accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
Collaborate with senior management on company restructuring and expansion strategies
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and ensure revenue targets are met
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of eight (5) years of relevant experience in Business Development and Sales
Proven experience in IB (Institutional Business) sales
Hands-on experience in company restructuring, business expansion, or organizational development
Willingness to be assigned in Ajman, UAE
Prior experience in the waterpark, leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
