Key Responsibilities in the Juice Industry



Market Expansion & Channel Development

Identify new retail, hospitality, and distribution channels. Develop partnerships with supermarkets, cafes, gyms, and health stores.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Create and implement sales plans to increase product reach and revenue. Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing or promotions accordingly.

Brand Promotion & Customer Engagement

Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns that highlight health benefits and sustainability. Engage with customers through tastings, events, and digital platforms.

Product Innovation & Feedback Loop

Gather customer insights to guide new flavor development or packaging improvements. Work with R&D and production teams to align offerings with market demand.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

Ensure all business development activities comply with food safety and labeling regulations.

Industry Experience

3-5 years in beverage, FMCG, or health food sectors Sales

Acumen:

Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales Networking

Skills:

Strong connections with distributors, retailers, and wellness influencers

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret market data and consumer trends

Communication:

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
