Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with new real estate brokerages to expand the company's market reach.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential brokerage agencies.
Create and implement business development plans aligned with the company's sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new brokerage partners.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote services and strengthen business relationships.
Monitor market activity and competitor performance to inform business strategy.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations on business development activities, pipeline, and market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the property development industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and brokerage landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
