we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in our Profile sheet products division.This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base within Industrial and commercial sector

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Profile Sheet Industry(Sandwich panel, Flat Panel, Tile profile , Single Skin, Decking sheet, Z purling etc..). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align offerings with market demand. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Monitor and report performance metrics and sales forecasts,exhibitions, and networking events. Monitor and report on performance metrics and sales forecasts.
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Profiles Sheet or related industries Strong understanding of Profile Materials and market applications. Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships. Excellent negotiation , communication, and presentation skills. willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:

Technical Knowledge of Profiles Sheet manufacturing processes. Experience with international market and exports.
