Commission-Based Business Development Manager - Construction Industry (Dubai)
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and follow up on leads from social media and digital platforms
Convert leads into projects through effective client communication and site visits
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present our ongoing and completed villa projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous project acquisition
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably villa projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate and construction market
Self-motivated, professional, and presentable with a passion for luxury projects
