We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales ability, and experience building long-term client relationships in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Conduct market research and analyze property trends
Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience in Dubai
(mandatory)
Proven background in business development or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Good understanding of the UAE property market
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
