We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand business presence across structured and compliance-led environments.
This is a senior, externally-facing role focused on enterprise client acquisition, market expansion, and partnership development within institutional and public-sector aligned ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, explore, and acquire new business opportunities and clients across Visa, Immigration, Consulate, and E-Governance service environments.
Propose new business verticals aligned with organizational strategy and long-term sustainability objectives to support future growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across institutional and regulatory ecosystems.
Drive market entry initiatives, develop partnerships, and identify innovative business channels to expand service reach.
Liaise with regional and corporate teams to ensure alignment of local initiatives with broader business strategies.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential business pools and emerging trends.
Lead new business acquisitions in large-scale, institutional, or structured outsourcing and platform-led projects.
Represent the organization at industry events, professional forums, and partner meetings to strengthen visibility and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Market Expansion roles.
Experience working with institutional, regulated, or multi-stakeholder business environments is preferred.
