Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, result-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills to expand the company's presence and profitability in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Growth & Strategy



Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Identify potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities across sectors. Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, and presentation materials for clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to enhance engagement. Negotiate terms and close business deals that maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Ensure smooth handover and coordination with project and operations teams post-deal.

Revenue & Performance Targets



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present growth analysis to senior management. Propose new business lines, service expansions, or partnership models to increase ROI.

Team Collaboration & Leadership



Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations departments to align goals and campaigns. Provide mentorship and support to junior business development or sales staff. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, F&B, or facility management. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales and partnership targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE business practices, tendering, and contracting processes. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
