Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
as a Business Development Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of business development, lead generation, and sales strategies.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
