Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Client Freight & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth in the logistics and freight domain. Client Management: Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and oversee the successful delivery of services. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors. Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning. Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts with clients to close sales and ensure favorable terms for the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Report & Forecasting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Forecast future sales and growth potential. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new leads. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development or sales in the freight and logistics industry. Strong understanding of freight, shipping, and logistics operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and close deals effectively. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Company Industry
