A leading Construction Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and securing new infrastructure projects across the UAE. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the strategic foresight to drive long-term growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and large-scale construction sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, consultants, and contractors.
Lead bid strategy and proposal development for new projects.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and strategic growth areas.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities and company goals.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of business development experience in the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's construction landscape and regulatory environment.
Proven track record in winning large-scale projects and building strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
