A well reputed restaurant in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi is Hiring a Sales Manager with Business Development experience: Salary Offered - 8000 AED (Based on Experience) : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented F&B Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. As a crucial member of our company, you will lead the charge in expanding our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality. Main Duties and Key Accountabilities: Strategy:
  • Implement the Food Matters strategy, focusing on supporting existing food and drink businesses within our stores and attracting new businesses.
  • Develop new markets and increase market penetration both locally and internationally.
  • Lead franchise development efforts and work closely with the Finance Department to ensure rapid financial growth.
  • Establish a sales department to explore wholesale market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the catering business, aiming to make our brand a leader in local and international events.
Stores Operation:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure the highest service and product standards are met.
  • Ensure alignment of all outlet managers with the company\'s financial and strategic objectives.
  • Establish training standards and programs for onboarding, refreshers, and daily operations.
  • Regularly inspect all Food & Beverage areas to maintain quality standards.
  • Review daily financial reports and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain proper controls over purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Review Food & Beverage costs to ensure alignment with budget and forecast.
Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, particularly regarding the growth strategy.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Participate in marketing activities consistent with the company\'s strategy.
  • Represent and promote the brand overseas by seeking opportunities at food and drink events and conferences.
  • Develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
Business and Franchising Development:
  • Manage the brand\'s role in relevant events and contribute to the opening of new markets.
  • Coordinate with franchise development agencies and negotiate with franchisees to open new stores locally and internationally.
Media:
  • Take advantage of media opportunities to promote the brand\'s unique offerings.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager and PR firm on media opportunities.
Internal Government Team Work:
  • Seek opportunities for joint promotional events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other Directorates and Departments to support the development of the food and drink sector.
Performance Management and Improvement:
  • Contribute to annual performance development reviews and interim reviews.
  • Hold regular meetings with line managers for performance feedback.
Health and Safety:
  • Ensure implementation of health and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any risks or near misses.
Reporting Framework:
  • Develop and implement Personal Delivery and Personal Development Plans.
  • Conduct regular performance and development review meetings.
Integrity:
  • Maintain the highest level of personal integrity and confidentiality in everyday business dealings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in managing restaurants and teams.
  • Significant financial acumen including P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong training discipline and organizational skills.
  • Solution-driven mentality with operational/business foresight.
  • High operational IQ including SOPs, inventory management, scheduling, and POS systems.
  • Comfortable working in both office/administrative and front-of-house roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with negotiation skills.
  • Having ARIBA/ADERP Portal experience
  • UAE experience is compulsory
  • Valid UAE Driving License
Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED8,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
