Hiring a Business Development Manager for Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Business Development Director communicating clients’ needs effectively and unambiguously to the support team.
Checking the status of clients’ accounts and pitching to potential clients as well.
Foster productive communication between the client and the rest of the staff and ensure efficiency and profitability for the client and the organization.
Drive the business towards long-term client relationships.
Follows the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Directing the team towards research and analyzing data.
Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Representing your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Key Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Four years experience as a Business Development Manager.
Must be a self-starter and motivator.
Confidence, immense perseverance and determination.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills.
Analytical and ability to interpret research data.
