Represent Visa, be the main point of contact and trusted partner for Fintechs and non traditional FIs clients
Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure Visa business roll out and growth with clients
Develop a deep understanding of clients business strategies objectives and needs
Build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organizations
Develop account plans and detailed need assessments and Visa responses
Sell relevant Visa solutions to address clients business objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized proposals that address client needs and effective and timely resolution of their inquiries and requests
Deliver compelling presentations to key decision makers
Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial deals
Execute deals with focus on VIK VAS and CMS implementation
Achieve performance targets without specified timeframes
Continuously identify and maintain a pipeline of Visa solutions
Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records
Foster long term relationships with clients to maximize NPS
Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
10 plus years business experience with related sales and management experience in the payment industry or similar experience in consulting
Experience managing innovative digital savvy credit and debit portfolios
Good level of understanding of marketing product development innovations and operations
College degree required MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of innovative and digital payment technologies and products
Proper program management skills with demonstrated track record of planning managing and closing competitive sales efforts
Proven ability to create strategic solutions and implement them to drive top line results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional ability to manage internal productive collaboration in matrix organizations
Ability to negotiate commercial agreements as well as enhance existing and develop new business partnerships
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
