Key Responsibilities

Influencer Acquisition & Management

Identify, engage, and onboard

KOLs, streamers, and content creators

in the iGaming and Crypto Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and campaigns with influencers.

Manage and nurture relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term partnerships.

Business Development & Partnerships

Develop and execute strategies to expand the influencer network in target regions.

Collaborate with affiliates, agencies, and brand partners to enhance promotional reach.

Identify new market opportunities and potential KOL partners.

Campaign Planning & Performance

Coordinate with marketing teams to design influencer campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and player retention.

Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Provide regular reports on KOL activities, engagement, and campaign results.

Identify and recruit

KOLs, streamers, and influencers

across global markets.

Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs.

Work with the marketing team to create and execute

influencer campaigns, events, and promotions

.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and optimize for ROI.

Research market trends to discover new KOL opportunities in casino, iGaming, and crypto spaces.

Represent the company in industry events, expos, and online communities to grow KOL networks.

Provide reports and insights to management on KOL activities and market opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in

business development, influencer/KOL marketing, or affiliate management

(preferably in casino, iGaming, or crypto).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
