Develop customized value propositions tailored to the unique needs of target clients. Drive the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met. Pre- and post-sales responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design robust and scalable solutions during the pre-sales phase. Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to the operations and account management teams post-sale. Monitor customer performance during the transition period and address any shortfalls proactively. Market expansion and industry representation Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer forums to build a strong network. Share market insights with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions evolve with customer needs and industry trends.
