Key Responsibilities
Drive overall business growth and performance improvement
Oversee marketing effectiveness and brand consistency
Monitor and improve sales performance, margins, and conversions
Coordinate sales, marketing, HR/Admin, and operations teams
Implement KPIs, tracking systems, and accountability
Provide clear daily and weekly performance reports to the CEO
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, operations, or growth roles
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and branding
Leadership mindset with strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and take full responsibility
Qatar market experience preferred
Have you managed sales, marketing, and operations together in one role?
What was your direct responsibility related to sales targets?
Do you have experience setting KPIs and submitting structured performance reports to senior management?
This role requires independent decision-making and full ownership of daily operations. Are you comfortable managing without daily supervision?
