Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Field Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and overseeing the performance of our field operations and technical support teams. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Coordinate between clients, customer support, and technical/field support teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and support field engineers, ensuring timely service delivery and issue resolution. Monitor field team performance and provide necessary guidance and training. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations. Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and customer satisfaction targets. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency. Take ownership of project delivery timelines and client expectations. Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management. Assist in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, client management, or operations management within the IT or technical services industry. Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
