We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Freelance Business Development Executive

- recruitment firm - to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a freelance position, offering flexible hours and performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Generate leads and convert them into clients through cold calling, emails, meetings, and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from our services/products. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Achieve or exceed sales targets and report progress regularly. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Good understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus. Background in HR and recruitment is preferred.

Compensation:



Commission-based or project-based (to be discussed during the interview) Performance bonuses available
