Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding IGI's presence within the diamond and jewelry sector, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IGI's certification and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diamond and jewellery sector. Build and maintain strong client relationships with jewelers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Promote IGI's services including diamond/jewelry certification, education programs, and grading solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients. Develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent IGI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in business development/sales, preferably within the

diamond, jewellery, or luxury goods industry

. Strong understanding of the diamond and jewellery market in MENA (experience in international markets is an advantage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Fluency in English (Marathi/Hindi/other languages will be an advantage).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
