Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet clients to present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain proper sales documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in business development or sales (preferably in [industry, e.g., Real Estate / Facility Management / Construction / Trading]).
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client handling skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
